Full Stack Engineer
Tenurin is building the shared operating system for campus hiring. We are looking for an engineer who can move comfortably across product surfaces, collaborate tightly with design and product, and ship reliable workflows that universities and hiring teams depend on every day.
About the role
You will work across the core Tenurin platform, shaping the tools used by placement cells, recruiting teams, and students from profile creation through offer management.
This role is for someone who likes product ownership, clear judgment, and the pace of building in a small team with real customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Build and refine full-stack product workflows in React and TypeScript.
- Improve the reliability and usability of high-volume hiring operations.
- Work directly with product and design to turn rough requirements into shippable interfaces.
- Write maintainable code that can evolve cleanly as Tenurin grows into a broader platform.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience building production web applications end to end.
- Good product taste and a bias toward simple, understandable systems.
- Comfort making tradeoffs in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
