Partnerships Manager
Tenurin’s network gets stronger as more universities, students, and companies participate. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with discipline and turn momentum into durable distribution.
About the role
You will help expand the Tenurin ecosystem by working with university stakeholders, employer teams, and internal operators to grow a high-quality network.
This role combines business development, market judgment, and operational follow-through.
What you'll do
- Source and develop new university and employer partnership opportunities.
- Run structured outreach and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate with product and operations on rollout readiness.
- Build feedback loops from the market into messaging and roadmap decisions.
What we're looking for
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or category-building GTM roles.
- Strong communication and commercial judgment.
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership.
- Comfort working in a startup environment where the playbook is still being written.
