Platform Engineer
We need an engineer who cares about platform quality, deployment confidence, and clear operational systems. You will help shape the foundations that support product delivery across the Tenurin ecosystem.
About the role
This role sits close to product engineering, but focuses on the shared infrastructure, tooling, and guardrails that improve speed without compromising quality.
You will work on developer workflows, deployment reliability, and the internal platform systems that reduce operational drag.
What you'll do
- Strengthen deployment, observability, and release workflows.
- Build internal tooling that improves engineering throughput.
- Help define pragmatic standards around reliability and maintainability.
- Partner with product engineers to simplify cross-cutting platform concerns.
What we're looking for
- Experience improving platform or infrastructure workflows in production systems.
- Strong debugging instincts and calm operational judgment.
- Comfort working across CI, runtime behavior, and application code.
- An eye for reducing complexity rather than layering on process.
