Design
Product Designer
Tenurin needs a designer who can move from systems thinking to interface detail without losing clarity. You will shape both the operational logic and the final experience of core hiring workflows.
About the role
You will work across dense workflow design, product storytelling, and execution detail. The role requires product judgment, strong interaction design, and comfort working closely with engineering.
We care about interface craft, but we care just as much about helping users make fewer mistakes in high-stakes workflows.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end flows for job posting, student eligibility, screening, and scheduling.
- Turn product ambiguity into clear structure, states, and interaction patterns.
- Prototype with enough fidelity to unblock product and engineering decisions.
- Contribute to a consistent visual and interaction language across the platform.
What we're looking for
- Strong product design fundamentals across UX, visual design, and systems thinking.
- A portfolio showing thoughtful workflow design, not only marketing pages.
- Ability to balance polish with product speed.
- Good written rationale for decisions and tradeoffs.
Why Tenurin
The space is rich with operational edge cases and under-designed workflows. There is room here for design to be genuinely strategic, not decorative.
