You will work directly with university stakeholders, internal product teams, and implementation workflows to keep the platform useful in the field.
This is an operations role for someone who likes structure, empathy, and turning messy coordination into repeatable systems.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding and rollout planning for partner universities.
- Translate operational gaps into clear internal feedback loops.
- Create and improve playbooks for recurring recruitment workflows.
- Work cross-functionally to raise implementation quality and speed.
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer operations, implementation, or program management.
- Strong communication with institutional stakeholders.
- Comfort managing detail without losing sight of outcomes.
- A systems mindset and a bias toward documenting what works.
