2. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Service, including matching students to eligible drives and facilitating the recruitment pipeline.

Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who support hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications, and security monitoring. These parties process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect safety and rights.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate transaction, personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

With Your Consent: We may share data when you give explicit permission.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to operate the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Student profiles and placement records are retained for the duration of the student's institutional affiliation and a reasonable period thereafter.
